Her looks have changed or groomed over the years but her personality comes off like she is always “pretending” to be someone else to be liked. Some people even if they are very successful remain deeply insecure.

The very peak of a woman's prime is considered 27 to early 30s. It all depends on how well they maintain themselves after that.
