Deepika got skin lightened.

Preity has got teeth corrected and her face is all botox now.

No one is natural maybe perhaps Vidya who looks same as she did in 90s in her TV days.

There is NO natural actor in BW ever since Sridevi changed her face. They all go for some procedure or other.

Dev Anand was the first person to bring plastic surgery into Bollywood. It was popular from the 60s-onwards, not 80s. Dilip Kumar, Rajendra Kumar and all were the first to use it to prevent age lines.

The first actress kind of notorious for plastic surgery was Simi Garewal, who was using procedures as early as 1963 and was asked as such in her interviews. Mumtaz used to fly back every 6 months to England for plastic surgery in the height of her 60s popularity, which she used to openly tell the newspapers.

I thought it started from Sridevi and Rekha. Rekha too was called a make up wonder. She got her skin lightened and her nose and jawline became sharper all of a sudden.

Nadira used to call Rekha a make up wonder.

Most stars get armpit botox and juviderm, but I am ignoring those, along with dental work like veneers.

Sonam has gotten a boob job just before debut. She isn't natural.

Aishwarya had some eye work done post-Taal but it wasn't a lot, I suppose you could call her natural until like 30ish? Preity and Rani both debuted with nose jobs.

Deepika I guess on a technicality is "natural", skin lightening isn't technically plastic surgery. It's a pill they take.

Vidya Balan, Konkona Sen Sharma, Amrita Rao and Kajol were actually natural during the height of their popularity, Bhumika Chawla, all the ladies from Dangal.

Dev Anand himself revealed in his autobiography. His facelift went wrong so he wore scarf 24/7. Back then for actresses in 50s, the standards of beauty weren't so bad. Nargis (the top actress) would technically be considered a below average face. So actors brought plastic surgery to Bollywood.

She has gotten a lot of work done - for one, she has a polybeak deformity from several nose jobs, along with cheek fillers. Her face is harmonious though.
