Actors have a limited number of days they give to brands. Actors won't allot 5 days for a shoot.

Like in india, ads for which actors get couple of crores, they allot 4-5 days per YEAR.

unn din unse kitna bhi kaam kara lo - shooting/press conference/video/fanmeet/inauguration etc. Par uske baad woh kuch nahin karenge.

There is a lot of artificial lighting and post work editing that can make it look like day. Ek din mein hi kiya hoga. Wahad looks completely fed up and exhausted in one of the looks.
