The contract terminology is pretty delicate because first generation leads fought, second generation the male lead refused to continue. In the previous generations actors decided to leave.

Third generation in all possibilities producer and channel may have agreed to quit with dignity.

End the characters or the gen itself. I don't think HC will play Abhir.

They might not end.

As of now a lot of serials coming and going even with big banners. Right now even Ekta has a hard time getting into the top 5. Even the ones with big star casts also closing in a few months.

yrkkh even after this many years still in the top 5 all the time. very rare it fell off top 5.

I don't think they will take a chance to close it.

One more leap I think definitely HC and PR will not do. Even for mom's char, she is looking young. they are managing by spoiling her look. She might not take the risk of playing a mother to older kids.

They are heading towards another tragic generational leap for sure.

If all Abhira hopefuls stop posting, tweeting, watching and just drop off the radar - that will spook them. They are leading the Abhira fans on with hopes of a reconciliation and showing/ serving garbage.

Honestly Ash a huge issue is Twitter. The HC, PR and JS fans are fighting with each other non stop and so the writers and production house thinks they can get more engagement by having more conflicts. But the TRP audience is slowly getting turned off. People I know who have been watching since S1 have started turning off since the USP of this show was it was show about a couple lives. To watch this cross couple shit they can watch something that has better story lines and production values. I do not understand how they can justify making such good looking people like Harshad and Pranali look so bad. Kairav looks better than Abhimanyu on the show these days
