I really don't know why Bollywood is roping in Allu Arjun for this and Jawan when it's clear that his strengths are dance,swag and comedy. Put him in the War franchise and do a dance-off with Hrithik already.

Drona teaching Eklavya would have been treason anyways, also he was killed when Lord Krishna ran away with Rukmini. Eklavya learning archery would have done nothing for Arjun. As for Drona, he never wanted to teach anyone more tah his own son, it was Arjun's dedication that earned it form him.

Yes, Mahabharat is interesting. So many stories, not enough time and nobody other than the original series from back in the early 90s has done justice to it.

Actually now that I rewatched the old series, I like the star one better in many ways. The older version made Draupadi look vain and arrogant. I can never forgive the andhe ka putr andha dialogue - it has made people believe she did say that & it almost made me feel they were trying to justify the reasons that led to her being treated like that 😒
