I really don't know why Bollywood is roping in Allu Arjun for this and Jawan when it's clear that his strengths are dance,swag and comedy. Put him in the War franchise and do a dance-off with Hrithik already.

Drona teaching Eklavya would have been treason anyways, also he was killed when Lord Krishna ran away with Rukmini. Eklavya learning archery would have done nothing for Arjun. Actually now that I rewatched the old series, I like the star one better in many ways. The older version made Draupadi look vain and arrogant. If I remember my Mahabharat correctly, I think Ashwatthama was cursed by Krishna to roam around the world for eternity because he killed the Pandav sons. I think thatâs where âimmortalâ comes in. Eklavya was way before any of this so donât think his character would feature here.
Yes, Mahabharat is interesting. So many stories, not enough time and nobody other than the original series from back in the early 90s has done justice to it.
