I don’t know how you do it. My sister has 4 kids and she’s so busy and tired all the time. But her husband isn’t as supportive + plus her in-laws are toxic. So I think those make a huge difference. Thankfully she doesn’t live with the in-laws anymore, but it’s still very hard for her. I worked full time and I used to be so tired by the time I would get home. I would just fall asleep. I had 12hrs+ shift at work and the commute would take 2-3 hrs more. When you say you work 8-9 hours, are you counting the commute hours? Commute would make me more tired than the work many times lol.
Not having a supportive husband and toxic in-laws on top of that would make a world of difference...of course she is going to be tired....but hats off to her.....she is doing a far more difficult job than any of us can do....like I said....I wouldn't even have been able to do one job with having a supportive husband...although my husbands job is more tiring than mine......hopefully things will start getting better as her kids get older...
8-9 hours is just work...2 hours of commute time besides that....luckily I have to go to office only 3 days and 2 days I work from home...my work starts at 6:30 AM so usually I am done by 3:30 PM ...and back home by 4:30 on the days I have to go to work. I drive and I don't mind driving so its OK commute for me...although Dallas traffic sucks...u won't believe it but I have been stuck in traffic jam at 6 in the morning at times...😆
Also the part time work is from home...so that helps...wouldn't have taken up the 2nd one if I had to commute.
12+ hours shift and 2 to 3 hours of commute on top of that.😲....girl that would have killed me...😒
