A very interesting thread here with different perspectives, that am unable to choose sides. I agree to most especially Diya's 6 points 👍🏼.
As an Abhira fan, it is hurtful to only watch Abhimanyu carrying the torch of twin-flame, soulmate concept. He has those buried within and is unable to show it explicitly. I would have appreciated if Akshara also has those feelings buried inside her, atleast some hints in the scene or some self-talk.
I haven't watched Ekta or any other tv serials recently, but, this show seems to have butchered the FL beyond recognition. In shows that i had watched previously, both leads will be toxic and move on with their new partners. Then come back to take revenge coz, they use to be shown as their souls are connected and they are trying to wreck havoc in each other's lives because they are unable to forget what they had before. Both leads will be having those subconscious dreams, self talking, self loathing cuz, they are doing / getting all those with their new partners respectively which they thot they will have together previously.
After leap, this was my expectation. but, like many Abhira fans feel, am also guessing, writers are confusing the viewers with lollipops and doing favoritism to the cameo and Arohi. All they want is the show to run. They are slowly making Abhimanyu look bad in all his decisions and take it towards Anupama way ; or When trp drops below 2 they will suddenly unite Abhira then few weeks later cliff them like previous generations.
In all these, are we Abhira fans carrying the torch / twin flame and getting clowned by both channel and DKP
