EH people actually discuss this?!

I don't understand how it affects anyone, unless the hat flies over to someone's windscreen, blocking their view and thus causing an accident.

No its more about personal feeling. Woyld you feel like doing it, or not.

Like I said.. some see nothing wrong in iy.. some ppl feel it to be disresect to education.

Different cultures will feel differently aboit it.
