Yeah I guess, in my limited knowledge, it can be done in two ways, either online or offline. You have to figure out which department you are seeking information from, then you have to send your application to the concerned PIO of that department, full procedure is given on Google.

Yes

Also if someone isn't satisfied with the answer can make the concerned department come to CIC (In Delhi, Idk about other states) with lawyers to present each other's case.

The concerned department doesn't write answers as they please they give docs and other stuff too related to it.

It reminds me of the - sometimes very unhealthy - debate around The Kashmir Files, a movie that lost the opportunity to get a balanced awareness of what social insatifaction and class-thinking (SOCIAL ISSUES) can generate: violence going overboard fueled through POLITICS.

Here, even in a themed debate over a movie trailer, the verbal outburst doesn't really consider the CRIMINALITY displayed in the movie but POLITICS - over a religion-concerned thinking.

...and btw, (Birdie), just saying: Hitler was greatly lauded for bilduing highways and streets...for the greater good of people... I leave you at the idea that positive things doesn't hinder that the very contrary can be an outcome...and vice-versa (of course). That's a NATURAL LAW...

the only violence that happened around TKF was from a side that you don't appear to have condemned. It's ironical that we have been instead criticizing film makers trying to tell a story (fiction or documentary is one's POV). Even after TKF, it was only one set of people who were butchered or beheaded. How come we did not speak up for the real victims, but have a lot of words to offer otherwise?

as for hitler, who are you referring to here specifically? People whose views we don't like become Hitler? Hope we stop trivializing the horrors of the holocaust and make people out to be hitler at the drop of a hat. Not nice.

Because typically a review and BO thread is separate from trailer thread. But we've gone ahead and stickied this since all the discussion is happening here.

Why the hitler analogy in the start of the video? Who is he referring as Hitler? Sudipto Sen? Vipul Shah?

He said real victims are brainwashed idiots. Isn’t movie is trying to focus on brainwashing and gangs who are involved in brainwashing? What’s Dhruv’s objective here?

About 32k numbers, director has clarified. They even filed RTI to gather correct information. Here:

Rathee was obviously biased.

Birdie, please don't do this...don't accuse of things you only suppose...

My take about violence doesn't depend on any marker one may give a person or a set of persons.

It's always about people who use violence instead of more peaceful means...and it's about those people who instigate violence for their personal gains and political agendas.

If an organisation known to strive for violence, I name it (like I named ISIS) but - for me - it's not the religious label that imports but the fact that it is a very, very large set of people with a very, very bad mindset that gets support from people with - most probably - very selfish agendas.

The excuse often given for hating Muslims is that the adepts of Islam want to make Islam THE world religion...(hello, Christianity, you listen?)

However using violence is not part of peaceful Islam but part of humans (mostly men!!!) who exploit the Quran for their own interests... and teach that around the world.

As for Hitler...well, I definitely mean the German autocratic leader Adolf Hitler who blinded people - before resulting to terror - by bettering the German infrastructure after the damages of the lost WW1 by - among others - building highways and streets (and expanding the railway-net)...all this for a good use in the long planned annexation of lost regions/countries.

The current Indian government is an autocratic one and - of course - they want to remain in power...so, they have to give people something they may perceive as positive...built with taxes that aren't used to better living conditions and reduce unemployment.

It's showing off... and the knowledge that you can't only result to fear and violence and crooked jurisdiction...some nice things should be given, too...right?

I won't accuse you of being a supporter of this government...that is your freedom of choice. So, please, let me my freedom to feeling sad for a country that could blossom in a gorgeous way but is denied that.
