Patch work was for pakhi leaving the house scene. It's done and dusted now

But yaar, that scene was always shown the precap. It didnt air the day she left but came as a flashback. She coming down the stairs with that suitcase, writing vinu's name on the letter and leaving had been the precap for almost 2 episodes. So, I dont know what patchwork they made her do. The leaving scene was already shot.

God only know re Kya patch work. There was no BTS also so hoping that it was shot for that scene only

I have a feeling Vinu cake phekega, and will have a meltdown ecause Virat failed in his promise to bring back his mumma... he might shout scream and accuse everyone of lying to him and prefer to stay away from all of them at the moment, paving the way for him to ask Sai to take him away...
