All’s not well between Preity-Ness!

Mumbai, May 18: The latest gossip doing the rounds in our saucy little tinsel town is the state of affair between dimply Preity Zinta and the dashing heir of Bombay Dyeing Industries, Ness Wadia.

An incident gives credibility to the speculation that Preity-Ness are heading towards splitville – Preity was left stranded on a road in sveltering heat by her darling beau.

Rumour has it that Preity was recently travelling with beau Ness Wadia in his car in Chandigarh when suddenly Ms Zinta was on the streets. Was she dumped or did she simply decide to walk in the blistering heat is a matter of great debate.

However, a kind soul (someone who supplies various commodities to a rival cricket league) spotted the damsel in distress and gave her a lift.

Rumours have always been rife regarding the relationship of the duo. Reportedly, high-socialite Maureen Wadia, mother of Ness, disapproves of Preity, inspite of her attempts to look classy.

Now, is it just a co-incidence that the warm hugs bestowed on Yuvaraj during the IPL matches by Ms Zinta is gaining in intensity? Is there some deeper 'emotional' significance to it?
