My friend made me taste mint ice cream claiming it to be one of the classic flavors. I swear it tasted like toothpaste.😳 However, mint chocolate is a little better.

I'm probably late but DO NOT add chat masala.

Add coconut, if it's being served with idli or dosa only.

Garam masala in moderation.

I don’t have a recipe. This thread has been very useful that way, I’m gonna come back to this to whip out some mint chutney next time I make pakoras. 😆

Yaar ye mint sauce kya hota hai....pudine ki chutney bolo...tabhi desi taste aayega ...warna it will taste like some salad dressing...😆


anyways....I take Dhaniya pudina...proportion should be 75% Pudina and 25% dhaniya.....2 or 3 green chillies or however hot u want it. lemon juice...grind it.....add yogurt make smooth paste...add salt and you are done...😎😆

I normally do the same. I watch/read a bunch of recipes and make my own dish but I once royally fcuked up my Mint Yoghurt sauce and I can't recall for the life of me what I had added to ruin it.
