but there’s one point about financial stability even if today they don’t have a job you can always get one in the future it’s not that Ak will never work again or AA can’t drive a taxi again and even jam making is not something to be degraded many people start from humble beginnings, even the judge must have taken years to be a judge.

Guess what....court sees the current financial condition of the parents while deciding on custody

This is one of the prime aspects....currently Akshara n Abhinav are jobless

Also ak has inheritence from her own fam and mom fam she is from a rich family that can't be avoided.

Sirf exam diya usne.....SANAD ....4 months to 6 months ke baad court issue karti hai...before that you cant appear

I hope they donot make a mockery of the court proceedings....i willnot be able to handle that

Also she is a party to the proceedings...so cant appear directly

Inheritance has to be proved....but i dont think they will show that....warna Akshara garibi mein kyun rehti agar itna sab kuch hai toh

@ bold Does it , I didn’t know, then Ak will be in trouble, and chances of Ab getting custody is high. Doesn’t Alimony in divorce cases be considered I don’t have much knowledge about law.
Akshu should have prepared herself better to face this by getting a job

in general sad for people who are fighting custody cases, even here I have read of children being taken away from a parent because they aren’t able to provide basic necessities, and/ or unfit emotional home environment

Yes ....Financial condition is considered ...of borh parties

Alimony demand should have been demanded by Ak...but now she cant...after 6 years ....court will not take notice of alimony demand

Apparently despite a woman not legally required to inform the father of the child, if despite her still trying to inform the father despite him having divorced and thrown her out of his life he then keeps yelling at her during the calls, she is still expected to ignore the verbal abuse and continue to try and inform the father via email or text lol. If a woman is not legally required to inform the father about the child, attempted to contact him but was insulted by him and him refusing to listen to her, a woman is not wrong to get fed up and want no involvement of the father in her or her child's life and choose her self-respect.
