Like someone mentioned may be Naurez will reveal what Haya told him to the Khan family in the upcoming episodes. I think someone mentioned that he had a doubt on Haya in the Episode 34.

After knowing the truth, Maa Begum will either be happy thinking that Mariyam got a good person like Naurez because of Haya's lie or she will send Haya to village as a punishment/vacation.
