There should be a boycott trend, but things shouldn't go the Pathan way😆

Ok, so I am here again.

Read the update just 11mins after, you updated on tuesday evening, had an exam on wednesday morning, and was constantly thinking of this update, trying to wrap my head around and articulate my thoughts since then. But not able to do any of it probably because the story is too real to be fictional, you have written it in such a realistic way that it is hard, it is hard in my part to let it go, thinking, it is just another fictional story on ARSHI why to be so serious about it.?

Now coming to the update-- as much as i want to write pages on my opinions and thoughts on every character and scenes- be it arnav's absolute (i don't know what, this 34year arnav makes me speechless with his insensitivity, immorality, i am clueless on what to call him anymore), be it akash being lenient towards his friend, be it payal's outburst, and the absolutely disgusting conversation between 3 highly immoral, manipulative, self-centered people (go around to ruin and destroy an innocent's life and than think about the success of your film, reputation and money) people with so less morals in life disgusts me, but for now all that matters is-

every other character can have their opinions, dilemmas and pov but none of their life is destroyed. The only life that is in shambles is of Khushi's, the one person who is the most selfless and human out of the whole lot. Probably its true when they say "straight trees are cut first".

For women from small towns and villages their marriage, husband becomes their whole universe and existence. I am myself from a small town and so I can relate to this Khushi on some level.

I completely agree with payal that arnav actually never feel in love with khushi, he just loved her because he was supposed to. The "I LOVE YOU TOO" that he said was probably just a reaction to khushi's confession, the kiss, and anamika combined.

He just stepped on her to climb his stairs of success and was ungrateful to her once he got success. His missing khushi on the stairs was just familiarity of having a routine, you had for long. Nothing else.

I also think, the marriage was all about arnav, his struggles, his studies, his family, his success, his comfort and khushi allowed it to be like that, which was her mistake.

I second with the user @canapoem (sorry i don't know your name) that they should face a huge loss of money and reputation, i badly want the photos to get leaked and hence cause huge loss. They have snatched from khushi her most precious possession which was her marriage, and now they should loose their most precious possession which is money for Arnav and career, reputation for La.

(The real world hardly have such instant karma but atleast the fictional world can.)

Thank you sooo much!! Your reviews always make my day 😊😊😊… Coming to the points, everything you said is on point. Arnav may have been affected by the divorce but only victim here is Khushi. The unaware, giving and way too naive Khushi. It may have been her fault to made Arnav her whole world, but that’s just where she comes from. The same upbringing makes her a woman who is strong enough to back out with her self respect intact. The same upbringing makes her the woman who today, has a moral high ground over EVERY single character in the story. PS : I hope your exam went well and all the best if you have anymore of them coming. :) Thank you once again for loving the story so deeply. It makes me want to write with more heart and soul!

Whatever happened between Lavanya and him, it seems to be going nowhere now. The way he snapped at her, it seems something went wrong there. Maybe she said something. Not that we feel sorry for her at all. She knew she was going after a married man. She was worried about being labeled a home breaker, but isn't that what she was doing? She is not the only one at fault, but she did her share.More blame still lies with Arnav since he was the committed one.

For too long, Khushi made Arnav the center of her universe. Now we want her to live for herself. What were her dreams? Did she ever go back to her education? Did she complete anything? Maybe now is the time to do that. Let her emerge as the person she wanted to be.

Did Khushi eventually start joining Arnav and the friends at the bar? One can go to a bar and not drink. Get something else. Join for the conversation. Never going would not have been the best thing to do. Think of all the good times you would miss.

She just needed to come out of her initial impression of drinking being a bad thing. Social drinking is very different from the image of a drunk man coming home and abusing his family.

This is another thing where I relate to khushi so much, being from a small town myself drinking is such a taboo here, not so much for the youngsters but for the generation above. I am in my mid twenties and it took me also a considerable amount of time to understand the difference between social drinking and actually getting drunk. I used to literally run away from my friends who used to booze a little in any party, thinking they will get mad drunk and do nuisance.😂

I actually don't think it is a fault if a partner makes the other partner his/her world (here khushi) rather it is arnav's fault that he couldn't make khushi his world. It is beautiful to be each others world.

Arnav belittled her 10years of love, sacrifices and commitment and threw it on her face by cheating in the worst possible way and that is what will hurt khushi or anyone for that matter the most, the whole entirety of her marriage will be a question mark for her.

He blamed anamika for throwing his struggles and insecurities on his face and now he did the same to khushi in the worst way.

So true. Making someone your world is not a fault. It hurts a lot when you do that and it is thrown back at you. Arnav failed to appreciate it. He could not give her the same thing.

Has he ever thought of her needs, her wishes later on like he did initially? When did it stop?

Maybe one day he will rethink about the pain he went through with Anamika and realize that he did that too. We have yet to hear a sorry from him. It was all about convincing Khushi for the divorce, rather "manipulating", like some readers have pointed out.
