Akshara was Abhi's first wife they were obviously involved physically resulting in pregnancy which continued and Abhir was there but Alshi didn't come back and Aruhi ruled birla house so did Ruhi

Now 6 years later Akshara clearly rejected Abhi has no intention or interest in returning to that house or Abhi or anything.

She didn't even care who Abhi marries or not so why Aruhi blames Akshara.

Exactly, Though she says it’s for Ruhi it’s clear how obsessed she was with AbM was. She also knows how he takes decisions impulsively. Standing for shefali doesn’t make him a changed person that way he always stood for his mom. That can’t be related. When he clearly said he still have. Feelings for Ak who is married to another man n have a kid, who in their senses will agree to marry a person like him. Ruhi is over pampered and no one says No to her , she will be stubborn of course.
