Yes, they should have been angry at her but if they can let Mariam stay in that house then Meerub has a full right too. Whether or not, Murtasim wants to be with her anymore is another topic.

exactly!!!!! If maryam can stay why not meerab, yes meerab was at fault but maryam was even worse!!!

Agree… I also didn’t feel that it was his in his character to do that. I would have expected him to make sure she got inside. Just as a human being. To do that… it’s kinda on another level of “I don’t care about your existence.” Are they trying to imply that she is dead to him now, because then how does the rest of their love story happen?

I don’t think of it as Murtasim kicking Meerab out but rather that he can’t fight for this love on his own anymore especially when other people are being affected. He’s giving her the freedom she wants. She keeps saying that she doesn’t want to stay with him and hasn’t reciprocated any feelings towards him. What is he fighting for? How can he keep justifying it? He’s broken and defeated. He’s fought for this relationship all alone for so long and he got over things as long as he was the one being hurt. Exactly! @ bold - This is what I feel he’s thinking, he isn’t angry with hate for her, he’s just had enough and feels this is what she wants.

Also I don’t think he left her out in the cold, my take is that he expected her to go inside and be safe with her parents. After all they had stayed there as a couple before.

I hope this space between them gives her the realisation that she loves him.

She once told him that it is not true love if there are no difficulties or sacrifices so it’s now her turn to fight for them.

Meerab shouldn't be kicked out even if she did this willingly for revenge

If the above were true then punish her badly but the right way. Punish her like MZ but not kick her out of the house. This kicking out is just unexceptable.

Separating from her or punishing her should not involve removing her from home.

The very thing she fears all of them even murtasim made it come true.

And she never hurt a person willingly. She never had bad intentions willingly. She's not capable of that. She'd never do that. But murtasim is capable. He didn't do it yet but he very much can.

I want to kick his ass

They both have such high expectations of each other, it is too much pressure for someone who wasn't mentally prepared to take on such a difficult job. She was thrown into the shark pool, she has to navigate archaic khandhan rules she doesn't believe in, dangerous family politics, villains who are killers, supporting her MIL with panchayat duties, on top of top of that she has to be a wife a friend a lover and deal with her own trauma. He has helped her as much as he could, but he also gets in the way.

On one hand he is like you are ahead of me I will follow your lead, which is how it will always be in their marriage. But she is also inexperienced, so he has to allow her time to gain some wisdom, in that journey she will make mistakes that is just life. But how can she do that if he is constantly intervening stifling her growth. He is torn between two instincts wanting to protect her and allowing her the space and time to become the leader she is born to be, which is what he wants.

MK has no expectations from his wife, it is KMK who wants his Queen to never falter. She is trying hard and in today's prayer you can see her soul tremble at the thought she let him down. The idea that he must be ashamed of her is more painful for her than her parents revelation, she desperately wants to live up to his expectations because she too has high demands of herself. Whether it is the bullets incident or with Maryam she did what she thought was in his best interest, it looks like she is wrong but she is right in the bigger picture. Murtasim will realize this because he conceded that shooting MZ would have been too stupid, and now with Maryam she didn't fail him she did the only thing that she could do, his pride in her never falters even if he is shook with disappointment.
