This girl was extremely naive and sheltered. The family has played a role in this. They have kept her uninformed and so sheltered that she’s no understanding of real life.

And they have made sure that she has no say in her marriage and will be forced - and that is why she believes from day one that she needs to elope. Her family will never want her happiness or change their decision to accommodate her

murtu and mb pushed her into this stupidity and in the arms of the villain. They need to just talk with he explained things ..

I really hope Mariyam is ok. And has a happy ending

I think they both were expecting her to live haply with Anas and would try to convince the family to accept them after they got married.
