I mean, I get that Viaan is very friendly with his staff and all but afterall he is the CEO 😂

If the CEO felt that the candidate was good, then what can the others say (just in the context of hierarchy!)

And it made me wonder whether Katha would do the same if the CEO was someone else.

The fact that she could say this was because she feels she has the right to do so (which actually shouldnt be the case if its just an employee and the CEO in the picture)? Did anyone else feel the same?

My first level interview was taken by director of the department. I didn't know he is the head. After 1st round he said you will be selected but you have to give 2nd technical round for formalities. 2nd round also I answered almost every question.

Either they should take interview level by level, ceo at the last or they should atleast take opinion of other interviewer as new candidates would be working under Katha.

I liked the new girl. Finally someone other than kathaa in office. Was clearly bored by seeing kathaa only

About katha and araav yes i was also talking about it earlier in other 2 posts and i have the same concern as it's part of the the caring mother

Also i agree with you about we want more of viaan as the sharp CEO 😂💚 because yeah we have good scenes of him like that ( i remembered the scene where he was angry at katha dealt to other company without his permission, offf this scene gave me goosebumps 💥)

I get that Viaan is new to being in love but he is not new to being a CEO, right?! So that side of his personality shd not change so much. It may be mellowed slightly but cannot go on reset mode.
