Yaar mahi you r so intelligent. Even I never got this in my mind that both mil and Dil has similarities. Maa Begum should have been shown as Meerab's mother instead of Murtasim. Actually Murtasim is an orphan. It feels like he did his own nurturing bcz he is different from all.
