She doesn't doubt his character any more than he does, it is just a repeat of Murtasim Bday version of Kahan ho, now we get Meerab style. Neither of them like losing control over the other, if they feel they are they go nuke.

This track has exposed all the different sides of Meerab's character, her roles and responsibilities, and she has only been at her best twice, when we saw Murtasim's Meerab shine. She has been the queen, the wife, the woman, been whatever version of meerab that is put together but not complete yet, but what she never has been is a good older sister. Meerab is an only child, and that can make you narcissistic, because everything is ultimately about you. She doesn't know to share a life a with a sibling, how to care for them, and protect them. Your sister shouldn't be your maksad, that is a statement of ego not love. Maryam is just a cause for Meerab, just like those woman out in the streets who hold packards for woman's rights say we are all on the same side we fight for you. But they are not members of your family they don't love you, when push comes to shove they won't be there for you and they don't know what is best of you.

Meerab genuinely loves only two things one is Murtasim and other is her grudge against him, in both these cases it is all about Murtasim, love him hate him angry with him, he is her solution and also her problem. Her grudge is years in the making, long before they were married and it has blinded her love for him. Murtasim is losing to her grudge not to her. What is the source of this grudge is a mystery, I have one possible theory?

So everything that happened in this episode was all these issues flaring up her love for him, her grudge, her crusade. Without a strong sense of self she is left confused with only questions, but if she wanted answers she only needs to open her eyes but she won't do that not yet. What is she waiting for?
