I agree, she shud be kept away from the parties.

From the age of 5 most kids like that independence. I bet kids are prolly trolling her or at least in their mind they are. Twinkle holds her girls hand.. fair enough - but she isn't kind of cuddling her and really tugging her close.

I don't think she will let go. Even after Aradhya gets married, I think she will still be holding her hand.

Yup. But firstly she should cut her forehead bangs.

A nice little haircut is seen as grooming here Infinity, did you know that?

But the dress she was wearing at Ambanis with her back showing was not grooming and was appropriate am sure.

Not sure what much they can do with her hair but would be nice to see some improvement

She is - and she is not the only mother of a star child who has to protect their star kid. But the more she does this, it will leave a fear in Aradhya to be able to be dealing with this herself. When she is older - she will need her social independence.. where she will want to go out with her friends. Most kids start looking for this independence and detachment from the age of 5.

I bet the kid doesn't even know how to cross the road safely by herself. I bet she has never even pressed the button on a traffic light.

I saw on Insta that she is a house captain or something at school. So it shows that she is good at extra curriculars at school.

Only a confident kid can do well in these activities like poetry recitals, dance, drama, speech and be a captain of her house etc.

I do not think she needs to be judged further or expected to behave like a glam doll already.

Indoor activity, school activities are not the same for when she needs to be going out by herself. She will grow up and want to be out with her friends like her cousin does. This kid is gonna be more slow in thinking for her won safety outside and be less alert.

I am not saying she needs to be a glam doll - Infact her outfit at the Ambani's was very inappropriate for an 11 year old.

When she grows up and goes out independently, it's going to affect her then. Because these things of being able to be alert when outside needs to come from a young age. Right now it's all too cute.. I bet she doesn't even know how to cross the road by herself.

To me she seems over protective but then everyone is not same/there might not be a single template when it comes to parenting - so be it.

Choice is Aish's no doubt.

But is she making the right choice. It's not simply just holding her hand even - it's like she really tugs the kid like she's going to stuff her in her pocket.

One day that kid needs to be out there, and she will struggle. This is what happens with kids who are wrapped in cotton wool.

I see it happening everywhere.

She will grow up fine. If you're worried, don't worry. Parents knows better.

I find her outfit okay and decent for a star kid unlike others who make girls dress in sleeveless or backless gowns from young age.

The child is a kid and I think it is too early to judge if she will have social independence or confidence or not.

But she is only child of her parents and Ash is probably closest to her compared to rest of her family and Ash's own mom used to accompany her everywhere too even in adulthood, so Ash is just doing what her own mom also did.

Vrinda ji accompanying Ash everywhere did not ruin her confidence. So why will Ash moving with Aaradhya everywhere affect her social independence?

lol - I'm not a child. 😆 You don't need to reassure me. I have seen many kids grow and have kids of their own.

It's a discussion - nothing personal.

And no - not always .do parents do best. She is doing this from a good place.. But I have seen this all too often how it affects kids. 😃
