Irrespective of what was abhinav's position when abhinav can trust abhi and get abhir for treatment to udaipur even after knowing dynamics why can't they tell him the truth.

This selective trusting is more dangerous than trusting blindly. If they had so much problem with abhi they would have not come to birla hospital. What if abhi murders abhir because of their complicated relations. The reason they came to BH is they knoe even though abhi has anger issues he is really good human being and he will shake mountain for abhir and abhinav and akshu.

But they just wanted to hide the things from him and constantly sugar coat him saying aap acche aadmi ho. Bhale aadmi ho. Bhaiji ho. Which will make anyone more angry.
