Respect to actors like Deepika and Anushka....for opening up with their personal stories and doing something about it...

So many suicides....it is scary and heartbreaking...💔

Depression can kill people. This is the time to realise and stress on taking mental health seriously.

One weak moment and you are done. Not many people have the will to live and they are ready to do anything to set free .

The best possible option is to leave the world.

Even in normal life we need to seriously think about it and stop making fun of people going through anxiety and depression .

Showbiz requires extra tough skin and extra tenacity

I am reminded of Anthony Bourdain who got married and had a child much later in life and still committed suicide cz of depression :(
