With D (and step) involved anything possible. Can't be papers again,those were in the safe and led R to office. But could be something that leads her to a third place,like Tulsi's mom house-where apparently died.

could be tulsis remains or a weapon or something that belongs to tulsi

Weapon could be cause there was blood on the floor in that flashback. 😕 Which means Tulsi was hurt also,wasn't just the fire the cause of her death. But weird she remembers only the flames around (and how was calling Mohan's name) no other details.
