Who deserved the best debut(female) for 2001?

I personally thought Dia's role was more challenging and she acted very well.

But of course, Bipasha was more popular.

Yes, I agree with you. I voted for Dia Mirza.

Dia was beautiful through out but she was awful in terms of acting..i remember how she was trashed for her lack of acting even back then and was labelled a total non-actor..plus the movie tanked

Ajnabee was a success plus bipasha added a lot of presence to her role, it was not a performance to be awarded either since she couldn't even dub for herself but was better received than dia's performance in RHTDM

I thought Dia had the apt mix of vulnerability for her role in RHTDM

Bipasha she added x factor in her role. Dia sorry i didnt like.... Maddy and saif stole the Show in rhtdm for me
