V was never soft spoken or sanskaari in hindsight. He was always lusty, lacking self control, selfish. thats why he didnt tell Sam who P was, made some ridiculous promise etc. He has always been problematic except we as audience gave a long rope and had hope. The difference between Satya and V is seen in the way they describe their intention to enter a deal marriage. V wanted to do it as farz with no attachment, no emotions involved and says I cant give patni ka haq. Satya says he will do EVERYTHING for his wife even though he cant give love. Plus uske naam mein hi satya hai.
