Sai running away from a locked room does NOT imply she will abandon Savi. She is just freeing herself from being caged in an inhumane way. She will go back to take Savi.

Can they not write a better plot? She tries to reach out to Usha Mausi or Pulkit. They don't attend the call. She reaches out to Satya to help her get out of this mess. Its okay to ask for help. I don't consider it as a weakness. Satya comes to her aid and makes V and CN realize this is abuse under any circumtstance. He gets Sai out and he drops her and Savi at Usha Mausi's place.

There can be wonderful confrontations between Virat & Satya. where Satya will make Virat see reason that Sai is not running away. He can reach out to her and no need to panic and force her to submit to his wishes.

Later we can see Sai and Satya bonding as friends as well.

I don't mind Sai-Satya marriage but take some time. They need not have sizzling chemistry and passionate love. They can just vibe as friends and partners. I will anyday vote for such a stable and comfortable marriage/companionship over any passionate but toxic relationship. They are doctors so they can see physical intimacy as a bilogical thing and should be fine doing it when they become comfortable.
