Yep, Arohi found out, and she is definitely planning to hide it and, moreover, trying to keep Abhi away from Abhir. Which will, of course backfire and instead Abhi will feel even more of a connection and wonder why. Ak's overreaction to Abhi holding Abhir was way too loud. Manjari wasn't wrong in her questioning. Honestly, I feel like she knows Abhira better than they themselves do. Also, being a master hider of truth herself, she knows all the common guilt signs to look for.
