The BCCC response is completely logical. We should see the whole trajectory of the plot. At any point of time, if the wrongdoing is justified or hailed then it is problematic.

And I agree with the kind of hate people get on SM. I also like how the response stressed on "Good over evil" which I think is what they are showing consistently.

I still have the hope that they will address surrogacy mistake. fingers crossed.

It was one aspect of the discussion ongoing with Mystic since many days. Have learned my lesson. Will put it in DM next time . Don't have bandwidth to repeat what I wanted to say again and again.

What we were discussing is what is Satyas role if the wedding doesn't happen. And what will happen to his family and new set of characters.

There's a reason he is shown as illegitimate... that he was refused as a prospective groom inspite of a prestigious job and that Girija died.

It has to be a plot point. And that is where I saw it linked with Saavi. Also Vinu.

Purely by what is shown in Ghum world logic and not real world.... Saavi is still a Joshi on paper.... as far as I know. Quote me the episode where this was shown as changed formally.... not verbally.

I was stressing on this angle... just the legal ... paper requirement.... not emotional or biological...

Because all the recent drama is for that? Isn't it?

Sai V have not had a formal divorce as per real-world but have as per Ghum laws.

VP marriage was on paper for Vinus adoption. VP divorce is a paper requirement too... we have heard from the horses mouth that there is no 'marriage' between them.

The other aspect is Vinu... legally and on paper he is P ka beta... not Sais... isn't that her sole fight since surrogacy?

Sai doesn't have any legal documents from surrogacy to claim P is surrogate... only DNA is on her side which is never brought up for reasons we know.

Here's a thought...

There are 3 kids who are related to V ...

Saahas, Vinu and Saavi... all 3 have different set of birth dynamics.

Saahas is not biologically V but carries his name. For that matter Kumuda, Shruti is a gold digger. She agreed for V ti bear charges for Saahas upbringing.

Vinu is biologically Sai V but on paper is VP. As adopted child.

Saavi is biologically Sai V but on paper is only Sai.

If there's a legal claim in future for Chavan property or anything monetary.... Saahas and Vinu have legality on their side... not Saavi.

Whether Sai marries Satya or anyone else or remains single... Saavi should have this officially done for her. Both Sai and V need to consent for this. Again just the paper requirement aspect.

My point was if Satya Sai marriage doesn't happen.... his parentage and prediction about Chavan child can be used to tie all these issues... for both Vinu and Saavi. That's his purpose and his back story is relevant if the wedding is not happening. And that's why his role is important... not as second fiddle to NB... but a greater role in showing 'Satya/truth' to CN and V. In many aspects... not just this.

That's all I wanted to say.... and that's what I feel he is here for.... if not new ML.

Anyways yes they haven’t shown anything regarding birth certificate after that but I think that’s left on us to assume just like many things, once Savi was accepted by CN, they implied that now she got her legitimacy and their name and I don’t think they’ll go that deep into that aspect now, it’s done and dusted……

Regarding Satya, yes I guess there’ll be a track where Sai will fight for his rights and in that quest will again take animosity with bk, although let’s see….. Satya was shown illegitimate on a purpose, that’s true and I think that purpose is to bring him CN and provide Sai another mission to sort out and increase episode count……..

IBF is such a joke. They really think audience is stupid and taken for granted. They dont dwell on any complaint. They have a template for all complaints which they edit here and there and claim its fiction and so any rubbish is allowed. What a load of nonsense. Really very sad state of affairs. They dont care for messaging or being sensitive about topics like surrogacy and adoption. They have only ever made V and P to be the bechaara characters even though they are criminals. And then they claim it will be fixed over time. 800 episodes of torture later, nothing gets better. They keep saying wait for plot t0 unfold but at every point the criminals are hailed.

P got away with barely a reprimand for bribery, vindictive fake case on Sai. If it was Sai 2 weeks ZA drama hota with crassness. But P was let go too easily. The judge didn't even say one lins reprimanding her or fining her for defamation of an innocent person who suffered irreparable damage to reputation despite winning the case. Fiction ke naam par joke hai. A cruel joke.

And V has made one line generic apology a couple of times. But has no actual introspection. He has not had one single FB recalling his last words to Sai- orphan, bojh, samjhauta, home breaker, responsible for death of Samrat.

Vinu is nowhere close to accepting Sai.

Savi is now bonding with P.

NiNi are on Ps side.

BK is gonna flip back to anti Sai as soon as she "marries" Satya.

So nothing is really showing any victory of good over evil. Evil not only wins in ghkkpm but is projected as if evil characters are actually good, mahaan, bechara.

Evil gets hailed as mahaan. Evil gets called devki/yashoda. Evil gets called good dad.

So their nonsense template response is expected. But it is audience prerogative to register their complaints. Hopefully that will continue each time makets give crap plot. So that makers, channel realize that people dont enjoy the trash they put out.

Their responses are utterly illogical and dismissive always.

Ghum has consistently hailed P as a mahaan character and always built the narrative that P and V are victims of circumstances. Surrogacy is forgotten.

All crimes are forgotten. None of the CN criminals have ever been taken to task. Whether that be oldies for their kidnapping of pullu, Devi torture, giving harinee up without parental consent or Sai being harrassed or now post leap. Every frickin track ends with evil getting away.

I think its safe to say Ghum is following in ‘Kaagz nahi dikhaenge’ policy be it marriage certificate, divorce papers, birth certificates etc etc

If characters say marriage is legal/illegal or child is accepted its legal validity is implied. If there is still doubt like in Virakhi marriage- and they make Sai say that in her stern voice- thats as good as showing viewers a legal document - 🤪

If someone question Savi’s legitimacy in coming episodes and its verbally addressed by Virat or BK all good. If they question- it stays.

Exactly that’s what I meant, this ppl will not show any papers, characters ke dialogues are their legal sanctity 🤣

Just like how they didn’t show Sairat divorce but the character’s referred Sairat as ex spouses, so we have to assume that they are divorced , same way chavans and Virat have accepted Savi as their kid and Savi has accepted them as her real family, so we have to assume that birth certificate conflict is already resolved and VC is not just biologically but legally and officially is also Savi’s father….😆

I had hopes that these single working women who have dealt with betrayal and society taunts would be more mature and sorted but their tantrums have made me upset. Its really terrible behavior what they pulled on Satya. Until they were being hyper and overly interested in hooking Satya up , it was fine but now they have resorted to emotional blackmail. And they have no idea of Sai's past. Dunno how they'll take it. They no longer seem progressive sadly. I was hoping Adhikaris would be different from CN losers. Satya will support her though. So thats something.

Whether their relationship remains platonic or becomes romantic, its a win if he's in Sai's life. So i am finally looking forward to episodes. I cant wait to see SaiYa together.

What good reason virat had when he didn't clear his stand on their relationship. Why did he think that sai will comeback to him.why he believes that whatever happen was due to haalat.

Till today in this show there is absolutely no realization on virat part.correct me if I m wrong.Example- shruti track and his behavior with Sai was inhuman.it was the period when Sai suffered the most only due to virat.was there any realization. There was only fake pride that I m always right.

Now also it's the same.He didn't realize only that what he did during surrogacy,during Sai leaving his house with his son was his crimes.He cannot get away with it.but in his love confession also there was only one word that I, me and myself.To he'll with Sai, pakhi,his children.i love you,I want you .that's it.

If he really loves sai(as claimed by many),there has to be some regards for her feelings.But in his confession, was there anything for Sai or her happiness. The great virat decides since his happiness lie with Sai then sai happiness must lie with him only.

Hence, it you are expecting any realization on virat part then you are highly mistaken.There will be only self victimization and sai blaming for next one month atleast.

Talking about story going forward. Another deal marriage, real family being separated, vamp winning by getting the stolen son & husbands…. Not interested. I am not impressed with Satya, HA or Adhikaris. I don’t see any chemistry between Sai & Satya. Not interested in Virat pakhi. They have already butchered Vinu & nothing against Tanmay but don’t care about Vinu. If Savi happily adjusts in Adhikari house & doesn’t mind staying away from baba & Vinudada or staying back in CN without her Aai, that’s not natural & that will butcher Savi’s character too. So after Sai Satya marriage I will quit unless they pretend & Satya tries to teach Virat a lesson & P looses both Vinu & Virat.
