Patralekha is here to stay. She has been established as the "antagonist" in the show. This show has no other "main antagonist". Everyone else is either supporting her or against her. Even Bhavani for that matter.

Thank you so much for saying it loud and clear... It's a fictional show ...she is an established anatgonist...she will always be there in the show as a hurdle for leads ....vankar won't sideline her.... her character is very important from the story point of view....

Wasn't the point.

It was one aspect of the discussion ongoing with Mystic since many days. Have learned my lesson. Will put it in DM next time . Don't have bandwidth to repeat what I wanted to say again and again.

What we were discussing is what is Satyas role if the wedding doesn't happen. And what will happen to his family and new set of characters.

There's a reason he is shown as illegitimate... that he was refused as a prospective groom inspite of a prestigious job and that Girija died.

It has to be a plot point. And that is where I saw it linked with Saavi. Also Vinu.

Purely by what is shown in Ghum world logic and not real world.... Saavi is still a Joshi on paper.... as far as I know. Quote me the episode where this was shown as changed formally.... not verbally.

I was stressing on this angle... just the legal ... paper requirement.... not emotional or biological...

Because all the recent drama is for that? Isn't it?

Sai V have not had a formal divorce as per real-world but have as per Ghum laws.

VP marriage was on paper for Vinus adoption. VP divorce is a paper requirement too... we have heard from the horses mouth that there is no 'marriage' between them.

The other aspect is Vinu... legally and on paper he is P ka beta... not Sais... isn't that her sole fight since surrogacy?

Sai doesn't have any legal documents from surrogacy to claim P is surrogate... only DNA is on her side which is never brought up for reasons we know.

Here's a thought...

There are 3 kids who are related to V ...

Saahas, Vinu and Saavi... all 3 have different set of birth dynamics.

Saahas is not biologically V but carries his name. For that matter Kumuda, Shruti is a gold digger. She agreed for V ti bear charges for Saahas upbringing.

Vinu is biologically Sai V but on paper is VP. As adopted child.

Saavi is biologically Sai V but on paper is only Sai.

If there's a legal claim in future for Chavan property or anything monetary.... Saahas and Vinu have legality on their side... not Saavi.

Whether Sai marries Satya or anyone else or remains single... Saavi should have this officially done for her. Both Sai and V need to consent for this. Again just the paper requirement aspect.

My point was if Satya Sai marriage doesn't happen.... his parentage and prediction about Chavan child can be used to tie all these issues... for both Vinu and Saavi. That's his purpose and his back story is relevant if the wedding is not happening. And that's why his role is important... not as second fiddle to NB... but a greater role in showing 'Satya/truth' to CN and V. In many aspects... not just this.

That's all I wanted to say.... and that's what I feel he is here for.... if not new ML.

Exactly. Why would he take up a show if they have nothing to offer? If they are roping an established actor, they have to promise him some meat. Screen time, pivotal role or else no actor would be on-board.

You know people are just trying to do the best work. They want to and they can and just enjoy the good work. That's all. Some good performances, that's all. It might come from anyone be it me or Ayesha or Neil or Ayesha. So it doesn't really matter. What should be the cause is the show should come out strong, eventually. So that should be the bigger picture.
