It's only after I uploaded my post that I thought if this makes me look like a crazy person. In my defense, if you binge watch the first five episodes, you would really at some point think like dude what's with all this touching. It's like a sexual harassment case waiting to happen.
I previously had the water scene as a no touching one. But when writing my post here, I thought to double check. At the risk of sounding like a crazy person, I had to watch it at 0.25 speed to really see the finger placement. And yes there was some touch involved.
I skipped the slap scene in my binge watch to save myself from further trauma but yes the scene involved all this other touching in the pic besides the slap itself.
