The conversation between Haya and Merab. Yumna was so good in the scene sitting on that chair. She looked like a queen who had every power but again no impactful dialogues. Why would you give these dialogues to mai and not your FL??

Merab is more than capable of giving befitting reply to Haya but Mai was doing that work. Why can't Merab say 'shut up' to Haya when she was interrupting her again and again?? Tell her who is the boss here. I mean Merab couldn't even say what she wanted to eat because Haya won't let her speak. Haya never looks sacred in front of Merab but why make your FL weak??

The writers really hate her, don't they?

I think the impact of the scene was meant to be different..

It is to show Haya that she is only a daughter and her power and status is less than that of Meerub who is the Khannom. If meerub had defended herself, Haya would have cared less..

But coming from the housemaid, it's more like an insult to Haya. Haya has power over them, only when meerub is not there. But in the presence of meerub, haya's authority will be reduced.

Mai dialogues was to hype meerab. Meerab just sat like a queen and smirked. I don't think it would have looked that impactful had meerab said I am khaani, here everything will happen according to my wish.

That scene was supposed to show how a maid knows who is queen.

And haya isn't scared of anyone. Not even maa begum.

Don't know about others. But I am glad meerab showed concern about haya's forced marriage.

However haya is, meerab couldn't let someone have forced marriage when she went through the same. She would never want that for any girl.

Her empathy for haya as a woman is greater than her jealousy and their personal rivalry.

In yesterday's episode meerab got perfect dialogues with maa begum and anwar.

Obviously Meeru isn’t to blame for Maryam’s dumbness or MZ villainy. But Meeru is to blame for her dumbness which is to encourage this and not take the correct action.

She is no one to get them engaged.. She should have convinced Maryam to come forward and have a conversation with her brother. In fact she should have softened murtu towards it.. but that’s about it..

What she is doing isn’t justifiable in any sense. She is dumb and yes she will be made into a scapegoat because she is dumb enough to become one. So no sympathy on my end for her.

I have sympathy for her because she lives in the abyss and in the void you walk alone
