And also I was watching SH review of the kidnap scene where I think Amna mentioned about her not trying to escape. I was thinking at least she could have tried she may be successful or not. I know she was in a dangerous situation but still she could have thought about some way to help herself.

Meerab did not want to clear the pregnancy thing out of embarrassment and also, I think more than that, she feared the contract secret coming out. Which again, was the whole purpose of it

About her not trying to escape that day, she ran and ran, but farther towards the Malik's lands, instead of her husband's and I assume, the fields stretched for acres. We can also take it as a lapse in logic or just a girl from the city losing her way in the village
