Both of their cases can be strong, because ak did not tell the truth, and Abhimanyu turned his back on her, both wrong but both had reasons. The courts will look at different angles, right now Abhimanyu’s financial stability is better but his family environment is toxic, the way they raising the kids is horrible!

I personally think the only thing Abhimanyu has better right now is financial stability. He currently is not married, works odd hrs.. while Navshu are married, have been raising Abhir decently, currently they don’t have money but thst can change. Or courts can say that Abhimanyu has to pay child support but the custody stays with ak.

I want them to show co-parenting, because I don’t want Abhir to live at birla house without ak, since this people are toxic!!!

But Does the court not ask who the child wants to stay with?? And then based on that the custody is given once all facts and evidence is shown.

No even though abhimanyu has a toxic family roohi is not impacted by that. Roohi is happy to go lucky kid so nothing impacted her so it will not impact abhir too. We know that birla kids are toxic but court needs proof kaun bolega roohi is bigdi sheshzadi because court will consider it as pampering 😆

But i think bacche ko puchne tak stage par nhi aayega i guess. I don't think abhir would be dragged to court. Yes and i agree with your upar k saare points. Sab kuch financial security hi nhi hoti hei inspite the fact that ak and nav provides best education to the child and also good environment and also a family life. Yes court can ask abhi to provide financial security to the kid. And also I don't think they will let abhir go without ak and neither abhir will go. Upar se nav ko uthna glorify karre hei. Anyways nav is gonna leave only.

no not roohi, but the others? Parth, mahi mahi, Manju.. those people are my concern, and we already see how Manju hates ak, what guarantee do we have that she won’t try to poison his mind lol?! I know she won’t do that (I think) but she’s going to hate ak even more cause she going to say how ak ruined Abhimanyu life her son was suffering these past years and ak had the answer to his misery!

Maybe kairav will come and give evidence for the birla children lol! He can show how they blamed him for noodleheads death and even after finding truth mahi Mahi and Parth hid it…

But we have to remember, makers will do what ever they want, they won’t take the logical path loll

Voh ekta ka show tha vaha ka pattern alag hei aur yeh rajan ka show hei gen 2 k jaise hi aayega yaha b. Mostly bacche ko maa se alag nhi karenge yaha b aise hi hoga. They will bring ak and abhir both together only yo bh also ak is the victim of this track they can't show her losing it out.

Abhi jo shadi karta hei voh b 5 saal ki bacchi k zid mei aake hi toh hei. Which 5 yr old kid says that? No one. Yeh b kafi hei dekhane k liye ki kis tarah ka parenting hei bh fam ka environment toxicity yeh sab bohot bada sa minus point hei ji aise jagepar bada nhi karna chahiye bacche ko. And also the pills and all those stuffs abhi is poping us basis par kaise dega court usko custody. Mainly usko visitation rights aur co parenting ka milega sath mei finance provide karna. As mother always have more rights over her child and mother is given mostly. I mean things are mostly in their favour.
