I will not call her dumb she knows what works what not. Currently she is going through bad phase as her focus is mainly on ott and alt balaji. But she knew how to get audience. Even she does not drag shows like yrkkh. Her seperation will not be this longer she knows when to use her trump cards. 😊

She has given hit shows like kdb, kkb and pavithra rishta, kasam se, balh, naagin etc.

Bekboo may become a hit too as i see some potential in that. I so wish her to produce supernatural shows more as that's her strong point.

I still watch her supernatural shows as its quiet entertaining than these shows.

I have seen few shows (mostly Sony tv shows ) where couple just sign and throw divorce papers on each other’s face aur bas ho gaya inka divorce 😆 then after more than half decade fate suddenly brings them together & they patch up again without remarrying saying “divorce papers court ko mile hi nahi/ maine papers court main file hi nahi kiye ” 🤪🤣

but I haven’t seen any of the leads getting married to someone else before they patch up with their soulmate so I don’t know what’s itv’s SOP in such cases 😆

BTW, I've heard that if a party ignores a court order delivered to their registered address and fails to object to a divorce request made by their spouse within a certain amount of time, the court will automatically award divorce.

I've read in the news long back that a minister used

this law to divorce his first wife and marry his mistress & his wife claims she was not aware of the paperwork. Popular theory is that she either ignored them purposely or her staff destroyed them without her knowledge on Minister’s orders.

Therefore, it is not fully ill logical when few itv shows demonstrate that ml filed the paperwork and they’re granted divorce without many processes because usually in such situations itv fl just disappears for 5-7 years after signing papers , court order bheje bhi toh kaha ?🤔😆

Isn't it necessary for couples to have counselling before divorce. As far as i know and little knowledge and some influence from ekta serials a divorce has to mutually filed and they have to meet counsellors who tries to intermediate between both. Only after that divorce is possible.

Even if considering abhira stayed 5 years seperately they still need to file it in court. so is navra and abrohi marriage is really legal?

If it's illegal what exactly the famous long running show is trying to show that it's good to ditch indian kanoons and they can marry whenever they want.

Akshu being a lawyer shown more dumb in this matter if its illegal as she is literally going against the law of the land.
