lol by that token, they could say it's a world movie. After all, aren't India and Asia in the world?😛😆 You see, it's problematical because it does away with attributing the achievement to an Indian.

there should be no confusion about how RRR success is an Indian achievement. Each state is an integral part of India. Every state's success is interdependent on the success of the nation.

As for South Asians, there is a distinct non overlapping identity... reinforced by the wars we fought. Pakistanis fought hard to partition India... and we are no longer the same people. The differences are as stark as, for example, between Japanese and Chinese. Lumping them both in the same category is disrespectful and glib.

Pakistan is itself a gift from India. It was part of India. It had no unique existence and it never will no matter how much they try to rewrite history to justify separatism.

Urdu originated in India. Especially from UP and Central India.

Punjabi is also an Indian language, originated in North India.

There is no such thing as a Pakistani language because Pakistan itself did not exist before 1947.

Urdu and Punjabi are Indian languages. Just as Bengali is also an Indian language. Never seen Bangladeshis call Bangla a Bangladeshi language.

do you tell this to Americans too? That English is not an an American language? Lulz

Urdu and Punjabi are as much of Pakistani languages as they are Indian.

Urdu in its original script is almost extinct in india anyway, and will be forgotten in next few decades.

This was told to me by an Indian urdu teacher himself.

Why give up everything else and preserve only the language part ?

You should give up punjabiyat just the way you gave up rest of your indic identity while adopting that of invaders' from far away land.

As for "desh" in bangladesh...

It's all thanks to india warna it was called west pakistan before the liberation. Pakistan did try to wipe out the bengoli culture n impose urdu on them...i am suree bengolis havent forgotten the genocied carried out by Pakistanis in 71....if I were from bangladesh, i would feel disgusted seeing any pakistani talk about preserving punjabiyat in Pakistan.

Tum say tu apni asliyat Nahin qabool hi rahi kisi aur k behalf pay kya bolo gay 🤣

first come from your real ID like a big boy… Abhi tu fake ID no guts wali Bakwas lag rahi hai 😂

This is the norm in the reporting and popular culture here.

Anything good that is being covered is under - South Asia
And anything bad being covered is under - India/Hindu majority.

I read an article about Diwali which has no mention of the word Hindu. It’s a south Asian festival. 😆

It’s the age of misinformation and setting the narrative.

Thanks for the info! I never knew about this.

I do hope this changes some day in future.
