She's not contacting her ex-husband, she's contacting a top heart surgeon she knows to consult him for her son's health. Big difference. I already said this before, why would she waste time looking for another heart-specialist doctor for her ailing son when she already knows one. She is not contacting her ex to speak to him on a personal capacity, she's seeking the medical advise of a heart surgeon for her son who has a big heart problem and needs medical help as soon as possible and the less delays in her approaching a doctor, the better it is for her son's health.

Even if despite already knowing a heart doctor, if she wasted time looking around for another one and refused to go to abhi and continued looking around, people would bash her saying look how she is prioritising her ego even now over her son's health. No winning is there!

What if he is a spy / covert agent !!!

Ppl who like him assume he is spy for our country and was either asked to retire or is on some undercover mission.

Ppl who hate him assume he is spy for another country and on undercover mission here.

(This is purposely keep ambiguous by writers as they don’t like tying lose ends and get pleasure from viewer’s debates about it to fill in the gap)

He has suddenly been called back - hence he gifted Ak the house to take care of her future (he is a spy so definitely has money that Ak isn’t aware of - one loose end covered).

He is not going to do the deed as his true love - the spy gf - is waiting for him somewhere else.

When Abhir is in hospital, he is going to sign the annulments papers (as they never done the deed), write a vague letter to Ak about him being a spy and leave.

He is neither negative/positive or dead. Ak can’t bashed, he is a spy trained to deceive ppl !!!
