The mom can put anyone’s name. These are new rules protecting single moms .
Bio dad can show proof of dna test and get it changed but you still need mom’s permission. This is real law - ITV can twist it.

At the moment there is no Abhira. So it’ will be coparenting in crisis.

Next, Nav will turn sour. Maybe Ak widowed.
Then maybe Abhira will return. Until then no Abhira
