Depends on whether Birth Certificate has his name. If it does he is the legal dad even if he is not the biological dad

If she really wants abhir to not to have any connection with abhi she should understand he can not come to her as per her wish. He is not her slave. If he should come she should tell him the truth that Abhir is his son. She had not even felt like telling him Abhir is his child. And showing him his child when he is about to die. If Abhi would not have been a doctor he would have never known Abhir is his kid. Abhi has every right to reject Akshu but he will not because he was never been as bad as what was portrayed on that white day.

In general, some doctors even if it's an emergency they will deny saying what we can do as they can only work during their duty hours as they will have personal commitments.

Practically if it's written his name too..if in law wise abhimanyu or anyone from family claim with proof he s abhir dad biological ..abhinav ll be arrested for paternity fraudulent..this happened in one place in India heard
