Akshu calling Manyu for medical help is equivalent to her going back to him. 🤪 How do people come up with such absurd stuff. She called him to save her son's life (like any mother will do). That is not equal to Manyu asking her to come back to him leaving everything. Shippers logic is clearly beyond my understanding.

No it's not equivalent. She called him as her is the best doc so and it's for her soon. She won't go back to him so easily.
