Exactly. It's as if a man doesn't feel the pain or in simple words he's inhuman. Not every man is inhuman. Some men are very emotional as well as loving and caring. But, still the sympathy goes to only a woman. Very sad.

Absolutely true.... but in this case this is not even true infact Virat was always a human even from the start though he has taken all his past decisions and even now while sacrificing his own different sides for others but he was always a human he got angry when the condition was meant to be, he loved like there was no tomorrow when everything was neutral, etc and his character arc is even not that inconsistent the way they are representing it and highlighting the pain and sufferings of Sai if Virat was this much angry after leap it was truly normal I was really amazed when somewhere I found a view that Virat should bow down and apologize now for the past and appreciate her for how she did upbringing of his daughter all alone and understand that because of him how she suffered this much...... I was like OH MY GOD is this how they take this show then I concluded that let me bow down to the makers how good they are in programming audience's mind.....😔

@purple - I wouldn't say it would be wrong of Sai to move on from Virat because she has the rights to do that.

But right now, she herself revealed that she only loves Virat. In that case it would be better for her to reunite with him and together solve the issues between them.

This is what I think.

Better than running two families with co-parenting, it is better to stay together and together mend all problems with love.

Let's not take Pakhi's pain man....her husband died in rescuing Sai when they were about to let their marriage go ahead, her uterus got removed just because Sai was also there in bus and then our Romeo Virat Chavan's never ending love for Sai

Last but not the least.... yeah he is blue eyed boy of his family absolutely no doubt in it but wrt family's love towards Virat I don't think so it's what love is.... just imagine for a moment, when he will not be having his ips position who is Virat to them then nothing but a material to be used till he dies

No not at all Pakhi doesn't deserve Virat, though she is the only one who really loves Virat and not Sai but there is a big difference between the love established by marriage and that love at first sight whatever was there between them before sairat marriage.....

Yes, you're right. Virat has always been shown as a normal, flawed human being. I agree with a lot of points you have raised in defense of Virat. Even I feel he is unfairly bashed many times while Sai is treated with more tolerance. Never saw her as a doodh ki dhuli as she is seen by many. She's got her share of faults that have contributed to the mess that is the life of the four.. Sairat and their two kids. She's definitely a very lovable character, but not immaculate. In fact in the beginning I used to find many things she did pretty ridiculous and unnecessarily confrontational. I mentioned in another post also that inspite of her fractiousness and the family's enmity, Virat going against his rule-bound upbringing, still falling in love with her was a pretty big thing. And the last fight pre-leap, I'm in a minority in seeing that fight as brought on by Sai's stubbornness and disregard of all other relations who loved her and needed her and had even stood by her against her haters in the family. She should never have left at that point. It was a critical juncture and she took a wrong step which has caused all the subsequent problems. And her staying away after losing the baby and then not even informing him of her pregnancy or atleast after birth, is even a bigger mistake. She did wrong.

Virat post leap is just being shown in a very bad way I think to drag the story bcz of which he is getting all the hatred. But in general his family bound nature is not hard to understand for me, bcz in old, traditional joint families in our country this is what happens. They do not function according to our modern, liberal ideas.. And a man caught between such strict customs and his own strong inclinations is definitely going to act like a bina pende ka lotha, till he gets up the gumption to strike away any one and stick to the other. So far Virat was trying to kill his inclination and fulfill his family's expectations. But he wasn't successful.. We can say he is a weak and cheap fellow or we can say his love was too strong to be overcome, depending on our pov. Now he has accepted that his inclination cannot be put aside but still he has to come to the point where he stands by that and cuts off the other duty/farz/promise whatever from his life. But that will take time bcz the makers need to lengthen the show, so Virat will continue to take the beating in this chakkar of increasing episode count.

AS for Pakhi, I don't agree with anything you have said about her pain.
