How on earth can her medical license be taken from her just like that? An investigation of medical negligence would be required first right and sai can easily prove by reports that the uterus removal was required to save patient's life/ prevent further complications. Of course itv will not use logic. 🤪

I agree 👍🏻 Kids shouldn't suffer because of parents. Sai and Virat can definitely co-parent the kids. Sai isn't only a mother. She is also a woman who has the right to live her life on her own terms. She has the right to move on if she has the opportunity to do so. If she gets someone who loves her truly, and loves only her, prioritises only her, then no one can or should prevent her from moving on.

Her moving on doesn't mean the kids will be deprived of their rights. The kids should get the love of both their parents, even though they are separated. It's better to have two happy homes rather than one unhappy toxic home.

It's very common to name sita in south especially when you were born in vaishnavum (or shaivam ) denomination.

When a boy/ girl born in Vaishnavism family then elders would name their child after lord vishnu and mahalakshmi names.

Same goes to shaivites..... elders name this child after lord shiva and parvathi names.

Hone ko toh kuch bhi ho sakta hai .. if step mom can abuse the child .. step father can also abuse the child ..

zyada likelihood hai step parents abuse the kids . In various ways so let’s not get into this matter ..

Step fathers can molest nubile kids .. hota hi hai . And that’s why I was telling Sai for the safety of her children not to believe anyone . And get in any relationship which may hamper Savi ka well- being ..

On technicality- which I doubt they will follow to this detail- there is quite a lot of thought that can be played out in the current case PL has filed against Sai and Pulkit for uterus removal and the consent was given by Virat who was acting as her husband at that time. If that is the case then he has to be legally married to her, however if Sai and Virat are still not formally divorced, she is easily blame both of them for conspiring against her and removing her uterus without her consent- she probably will strike a deal offline/outside court with Sai or Virat that she will save both of them from going to jail if Sai agrees to divorce Virat and validate her second marriage - else Sai and Virat can easily be portrayed as co-conspirators who got together to get her uterus removed so that she doesn’t come in the way of her marriage that she thought was valid as they presumed Sai was dead.
