On second thoughts I feel his smirk was more because of the way Katha spoke about Viaan…with no feeling and she talked about being impartial and not being interested in hearing good things about his friend… all that gave him a reassurance that she does not really care about Viasn in a special way. Made Ehsaan feel he still has a chance🙄! Cause he was looking worried when Teji was talking about why she chose Katha. But this indicates that he will turn negative when Katha and Viaan fall in love.

While i am liking the accusation track, I am genuinely curious to know what Viaan is expecting out of this investigation. Does he understand that he could permanently lose his position at Earthcon and be fired from his own company if these allegations are proven? If his past proposal to Katha ends up surfacing again, he will be doomed regardless of what Katha or he make of that situation. If he’s willing to let everything go worrying about Earthcon, then that’s commendable. But he seems like he’s got too much faith in this investigation. I hope he knows the saying that what goes around comes around so technically even though the current accusation may not be the right one, he might still have to pay for his old deeds this way.

I really don't know whether they should consider this particular Shamita's case or they will go deep and investigate about Viaan's past deeds. I don't know how this kind of investigation actually works.

Realistically speaking, the investigation committee will always ask if this is the first offence/accusation or if the suspect has done something similar in the past or not based on the research that I have done. Which is why, it could be anyone on that committee asking that question to Viaan not necessarily Katha. But I doubt they will show this happening otherwise Viaan will get ousted from ECon if he is asked that question and answers it truthfully so it’s probably just Viaan or Katha’s dream. This track does have its flaws, but still better than nirja’s boring back story.

Yaar Ehsaan himself has agreed that most of the work is done by viaan and just timepass. He himself told his mother and this fact is noticed by his staff members
