There is something there but the writers in first few episodes tried to show us something entirely different. They should have shown the bond from the first episode, would have helped to understand both Haya and Murtasim's behaviour a little bit right now.

Haya n Marium saying that he always took them out b4 marriage, could have been when these girls were less than 18 yrs old. ( In d epi, it was said that Haya is 19 n Marium is 18 if I remember correctly)
For murtu, they would have been like kids n he would have had a more carefree relationship at that time.
