Need to quit as well. 😵
Share some tips.
There are no tips..i got sick and that led me to not smoke for 10 days..after that when i got back to health, i decided i won't smoke..the initial days are the hardest but in a way i lucked out coz i was super sick so didn't crave for it..i do realize i would have never been able to quit otherwise..like i was not the sort who wakes up one morning and says..i quit..but sometimes somethings do happen to lead to better things..my being sick was surely a blessing in disguise..now i am still a pretty new quitter, 2 plus months but once the nicotine and other chemicals are out of your system..the craving does go away.
Initial 2 weeks are the toughest..you crave for it in mornings..after meals..but now i don't feel those cravings..my house has clean air..my breathing is 10 times better..my sinus is 10 times better..i would earlier always wake up with blocked nose and congestion..i feel every day i am achieving more as the days go by without smoking..
How long have you been a smoker? If i can quit..after 9 years..i say..you can too..just need that will power..and PLEASEE..Don't even think of getting into those vapes and all to help you quit..they are much much worse!!
