Wasn't Anupamaa shown to have ovarian cancer which was operated on by Dr Advait during their stay at the Wellness Resort? Can she get pregnant now unless they opt for IVF with an egg donor? Or is a MAA above biological limitations?

Lol, actually, they CAN switch the narrative a bit. She did have ovarian cancer but they can show that only one of her ovaries was removed. If she has one ovary and a uterus she can very well get pregnant.

Its a rubbish narrative I know because in ovarian cancer surgeries they usually remove everything plus the chances of getting pregnant at 46 are slim even otherwise. But its ITV so why not lol.

Without a uterus you can still have a baby via surrogate. Without ovaries and their eggs you cannot have a baby that's genetically yours. So for Anupamaa, CA is as good as a baby that can be biologically Anuj's

There are two ovaries. They did not specify if she had a bilateral oophorectomy. We would assume that, medically speaking, but they never specified. It IS possible to have had a unilateral oophorectomy. (Though would never be done medically because too risky).

I am ok with this 45 something grandmother getting knocked up by her obsessed love struck husband.

1. This way, at least she will love and pay attention to her own child since she couldn’t give a care in the world to Maya’s child.

2. She will for sure have Financial Security for life including her stupid family.

3. If everything else fails, she will be screwing up her own child’s life with neglect and abuse not someone else’s.

No other child or Animals need to be sacrificed to keep MaAn connected together. Let them survive with their own child or not.🤣

Anuj can have his own biological kid with some other woman or even better maaya can be the egg donor since he lives Choti so he can have another choti through surrogacy.
