Thats one thing I like about her. She never alters her accent.

My favourite part of that segment has to be everyone started cheering for Naatu and Deepika had to stop and chuckle 😆❤️

That's because she can't, even if she tried. Deepika is terrible at accents. She has never been able get past her thick south Indian one no matter what character she plays; doing a fake one for American audiences is out of question.
