I didn't find the chemistry from the first episode itself. O rungreza had 100 times more chemistry and I was waiting for something like that. Also, Sajal and Bilal are natural actors but here their dialogues interaction somehow looks very forced to me. Not only them, almost everyone else.
Maybe its dirctors fault. I haven't watched much shows of Nadeem Baig. But even Sinf -e-ahan and pyare afzal I found boring and left midway.
Some dialogues are not very heavy but heavy to the point that I feel its very forced. I guess that might be the reason.
Its not a bad show. I would say good. But not as good as I had expected it would be.
Compared to other recent dramas i found the dialogues of kuch ankani good. Bilal and sajal's characters even though fight they never uses very harsh words for each other and neither of them scream their lungs out to make a point. Their hate relation is very real unlike the usual Tom and Jerry couples. In real if there are two people of opposition sex have fiction they will be behaving more like Aaliya and Salman than arsal-jiya or murtasim-meerab or shehroze-ushna. They never bring up their families or their upbringing into their fights. The drama also subtly hints at their connection really well. Aaliya is never shown to be too proud to take help from Salman and Salman is never shown to leave Aaliya alone when she is stuck in the middle of the road when her car breaks down. Infact Aaliya behaves like it's Salman's responsibility to fix her car and she was mad that one time he didn't get out of his car to help her. Now that car thing is getting applied to their personal life. Aaliya never refuses salman helping her family when needed and Salman is always there when she need some consoling. Aaliya is shown to be independent and held strong but doesn't come off as arrogant or 'i know it all' or flag barer of women empowerment. Salman i think is one of the greenest green flags in pak dramas. He is exactly what's called a decent human being.
