What kind of logic are people giving here?

Love has no right or wrong.

And if people are so concerned for Maaya,saying that she has every right to take CA, and she is her biological mother, whereas Anuj is just a foster parent,known CA for only 4 months.

This is kind of hurtful for parents who dream of adopting.Just because your biological parents are present or they might end up taking your kid anytime away from you,doesn't mean that Anuj can't be having love for CA.

And which rulebook states that 4 months can't be enough for a parent to love their kids?

Anuj felt a connection with CA, and he considers her as his own daughter, when his wife is not present with him much emotionally or physically,it's CA who has been there for him, and if constantly day and night you spend with a child,you do get attached to them even in a month's time.

If Maaya is not wrong then even Anuj is not in loving CA, any parent will fight for their kids.

And honestly it's not his fault also,it's also the fault of the orphanage where CA was, who were either not informed about the situation or did not inform MaAn about it.

Both are right in their viewpoints,it's just the circumstances which have not been in favour of either of them.
